Evangelist Chris Majors grew up in Tennessee, and trusted Christ as his Savior at age ten. After running from the Lord during his teenage years, he eventually joined the United States Navy. Following a tour of duty at Lemoore, CA he was transferred to NAS Whidbey in 2005. At this time he and his wife (Selena) began attending Bible Baptist Church. Selena soon became a believer, and in November 2005 Chris surrendered to the call of God upon his life to preach the Gospel. After completing an enlistment of over five years, he was honorably discharged from the military, and in May 2007 began serving the Lord full time in the Church as a “minister to the pastors” (Acts 19:22).
On June 27, 2010, Brother Majors was commissioned by the church and sent to the Methow Valley in North Central Washington as part of the Highway 20 Project church planting effort (renamed North Central Washington Baptist Outreach). He and his wife are blessed with two daughters and two sons. You may contact Brother Majors at this email address.
