Brother Hower originally hails from Thomasville, Georgia. He was saved in March 1991. He acknowledged God’s call on his life to preach in March 2009 and graduated in 2013 from the Bible Training Institute. After serving 30 years in the Navy, he began full-time service on the staff at Bible Baptist Church in May 2016. He has served as a Deacon and has overseen several ministries. Loy and his wife, Tess, are blessed with four children and eight grandchildren. 

Loy is currently leading the church’s Gospel outreach to the South Pacific, with the specific goal of planting a Bible-believing Baptist church in Navua, in the Central Division of Fiji. If you wish to get in contact with Brother Loy, please contact him at his office.
